UPX management is full of BS. The P2 is a joke! I have been taping meetings at this company for a while. I may be sending copies to Department of Education, and local media so the truth can start to be told. Management keeps having to tell employees that what we were telling and doing to students was legal- so don't stop doing what we used to do. Ok- what we used to do is mislead students about what the degree is useful for, not tell the truth about why we want referrals, wait we now call them recommendations. STUDENTS sand POTENTIAL students think twice about getting your degree from UPX. Per a broadcast by the CFO the college is at 88% of the 90/10 rule. That the percentage of Axia students has declined from 49% TO 39%. What this is leading to is the redution of Axia. Axia is where the majority of defaulted loans is stemming from and creating the college to have more reliance of financial aid therefore at the 90/10 benchmark. Colleges are only allowed to be over the 90/10 rule for two years. The quickest way to pull away from the 90/10 issue is to minimize the problem. Axia employees be aware of what is happening. UPX is reducing employees under the radar of the media. Each week 2 - 5 (if not more)employees are being fired. By reducing staff severence packages do not need to be given and the media is unaware of what is happening. The Mid West divison is so corrupt with Mormon leadership it is sickening! From John Durling, Blane Wiggins, Chris Gloor and Chris Boyster on down the good ole boy network is alive and well. Anyone working under that umbrella be careful. There is a lack of education, work experience, knowledge, tolerance, skill and talent in that leadership to guide the divison on a course of growth. This leadership will be ideal for destroying the mission of the company, protecting mormons they value, keeping 'puppet' managers in place so that only the manager has dirty hands, and closing ranks to keep their jobs. Shame on UPX for keeping leaders like this around and all the while promoting P2!
