Who do you think manages the referral system? When you recommend a friend and you get a bonus for them being employed for 6 months or more. HR asked how they were referred. You don't have to disclose what nationality you are but most people do that too. The company knows alot more about you than you think. There are not equal numbers of catholics, jews. muslims or anything else..you don't know the facts if you think there are you are wrong or you must work in a city outside of phoenix. In which case, i will accept your argument. UoP has already been sued for this once not sure why its such a surprise today. Perhaps you don't want to be honest with yourself.
