Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

The university be it degree or non degree is not going to be in a good position when they start to lay off more people due to the new career progression coming to fruition. I give it 6 months before people start to explode and discrimination rears its ugly head. Give me a break what ever happened to coming to work to do the job you were hired to do...not brainwashed to say your doing to appease a culture that most likely will bring you people that will not ever be what you think you need them to be and forget about the consultant company that is telling UOP how to achieve these kinds of characteristics. It is the most unbelievable bomb waiting to explode. Hopefully other for profits won't follow suit.
