What are employees to think when managers are being told by upper management those that lost their jobs in the last layoffs in November were because of poor management. I ask you then why are some of the enrollment managers still there? There is one manager that lost half his team in the Novemeber layoffs but he is still there. I understand that he is doing a horrible job with his new team. The top leadership needs to clean house. There are TOO many managers and directors there that: 1) have no degree, 2) level of education that would not get them hired in their same positions at a community college or state university, 3)have little to no work history outside of UPX, 4) have only worked at UPX and got their degrees at UPX and have no knowledge as to how secondary education really works, 5)have no idea what they are doing. PLEASE TOP LEADERSHIP LOOK FOR EMPLOYEES THERE THAT HAVE BA'S OR MORE FROM UNIVERSITIES OTHER THAN UPX AND SECONDARY EDUCATION WORK HISTORY FROM OUTSIDE OF UPX. Those employees should have knowledge, experience and the skills to help UPX go in a new direction for the betterment of employees, potential students, current students, shareholders and stockholders. It is a shame how the employees with creativity and the ability to help UPX are stiffled!
