My goodness - in the "Check this out" post I hope you sent that to Obama and not just to this blog when no-one will probably do jack with it. The company will eventually have to change everything as it relates to "everything" and most likely within 18 months. Just Friday one of the managers who has been with UOP degree resigned because too many mormans were getting promoted before him - talk about discrimmination and favoritism. What a joke. Just get your resumes in order and be ready.
