University of phoenix is one of the most unethical company I have seen in a while. They lie to employees constantly and not to mention management is immature,petty,and often incompetent.
In the region I worked management would reprimand you for things on a personal level. One excoworker was reprimanded because of who he chose to date and his after hours activities. I have another who has had management read his social networking page. Management needs to worry about uping enrollment and less about their employees social lives.
