Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

How can employees be written up based on competencies when there has been no training on competencies? How can employees be written up because talk time or dials are too low when they won't tell you how much talk time or dials is required. This is sure craziness going on at UPX! Sad to say, it is not new. Too many Mormons, uneducated men running the show over there. They are protecting each other and not working in the best interest of the company. Yet they write up others because his or her work levels are not in the best interest of the company. Insane!
