Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Shocker - Judging by your last post you are a f***ing DORK! Seriously dude go pop your zit and then go give your inflatable doll a nice romantic night. Clearly the both of you are EM's. Who else would be appalled by the idea to lead by example? How dare someone challenge you to put your money where your mouth is and enroll students. That's what got you the position in the first place isn't it? All i'm saying is it is a waste of time to be talking about behaviors. Let's get rid of the untalented and transition managers into advisors/team trainers because in this new culture there is no place for unqualified therapists. Think about your role and your future. There are no reports to be ran, there are no numbers to hold people accountable. What are you really needed for? To be a babysitter? And if your role is strictly to babysit do we really need as many EM's? Maybe you should tighten up your resume ;) Lead by example. Come on puppets!
