Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

This was not a mass lay-off. It was neither random nor unwarranted. It was a house-cleaning. Those who were terminated were done so with just cause. Failure to do work in the workplace is a reason most people lose their jobs. These people were not contributing to the organization, they were collecting paychecks and twiddling their thumbs. They are better off, UOP did them a favor by forcing them to go do something else.
