i worked there for 8 years, busted my ass. The matrix was impossible to reach. The lead flow was reduced by 60% from Jan to June, the matrix didn't change. You ask anyone I work with, my reputation speaks for itself. I busted my ass. As a manager I was not allowed to pick my own staff.
