What's the most thankless position at Walmart?... I took this question from Sam's Club @ZzV5JyY

Every single one.
Asset Protection
Maintenance - just look at all thankless tasks they accomplish on a daily basis - zero respect too... It's not an easy job.
Asst. Manager
Can't think of any "good" jobs at Walmart. Probably Cap 2 if the high turnover rate is any indication - most people quit after a few months (or less) and almost all the remaining people transfer once they can. During my 2 years at Walmart (including 1 in Cap 2) I can think of only one person who has done the job for over a year and said they like it.
Any position that is up for elimination.
Assistant Manager.....
Claims and maintenance because they have to deal with lazy incompetent people.
Vcm everybody hates you starting with the DM, store manager, store associate. Promotion is impossible. Bonuses are a joke.
All
I would say maintenance and cart pusher.
When I was there years ago? GM unloading. The job was scheduled 4p---1a, but we wouldn't leave of a night til we were dismissed. That could be anywhere from 2--- ... when ever, basically. And we were the catch-all crew: made to stop our work to go unload remix, dairy/frozen and dry grocery trucks and clear the lot of carts. Felt like I was on a prison chain gang program.
All for $6.85/hr. when I started in 2001. Good job and great place to get AWAY from, glad they're gettin hit so hard now lol
I would say all!
I would definitely say cap 2, then maybe cart pusher.
