If the benefits are so good, why is the turnover so high?

Share with us what the new benefits will be......meanwhile, want to know why people want to leave??? Several reasons.....coming from the Claims perspective....
The Farm hires id--ts off the street for Specialist & Associate positions. Associates....I get it.....Entry Level, most people with a high school education can do that job.
But hiring new people who have no claims experience in a Specialist job??? Leaving loyal Claims Associates in Express or moving them to another operation because they are short on personnel. Then putting a hold on Associates and not letting them leave until the teams have been calibrated. Crock of sh--, what happened to promote from within? Where is that promise that you would be a Specialist in 6-12 months?
Money.....the pay is c-ap. A single mother can not afford an apartment, healthcare, car payment
and daycare on $17.25 an hour. Overtime is great, but now limited and now that we are not open late, or on Sundays (at Cityline)...not much overtime. But why should you have to work overtime to make ends meet?
Or how about someone stepping up and making suggestions and speaking their mind? Nope, not allowed....put it in Innovation Central...what a joke! Then get a bad rating for speaking their mind.
Or asking an associate to bring in an obituary when bereavement leave is needed? What are we in elementary school?
Or, having 1/4 of your floor off with Short term disability because the poor millennial can't handle the stress?
Or, giving new associates a better shift than those that have been in the position longer? Sorry- they needed to fill the spots of everyone who quit.
Points and PTO.....bring back the old Vacation and sick time. Want me to keep coming to work sick, coughing and being a bother to all on the floor....no problem. I have points, can't rack up anyomore, or it will effect my rating again, so I am gonna be here.....getting everyone sick. Maybe the TM or the SM will get my nasty pneumonia and feel my pain. Oh wait, they don't get points......
YES.... I am and others are actively looking for a job. But it is not all about the benefits.....
Yeah u got that right big setup I can just imagine how they are going to spin it. Defined benefit going to sunset probably going to freeze it like every other company.

Easy, because the benefits aren’t that good! You can’t polish a t–d!
Zuw turnover will cease after you got what you wanted by lying and running lives. You evil pig. Insurance companies are the worst.
Zuw probably doesn’t work in a claims or underwriting environment. If so, then in management. Those are usually the loudest chirpers. Probably a Tippy PA troll.
Phase 1 package rolled out this year. Phase 2 next year. Turnover will cease to exist after phase 2
