Steve Suttles - IT VP and long term associate is now leaving the new Gov't business. Hmmm - wonder why? Is it perhaps the lack of a plan and or a leader? You decide.

Maybe he reached the end of his ability and his incompetencies were discovered.
That was completely predictable back in December/January as Suttles moved from a testing/change management, IT scope into a newly formed business development area for which anyone in IT would be a curious fit without significant Medicare/Medicaid experience. At least there was an opportunity for this individual to seek new employment on the CareFirst payroll during the first half of the year until the inevitable result unfolded. It was clear as day when two VP positions were posted: one for Medicaid and the other for Medicare. When and if a single payer system becomes a reality, the good times will really roll.
