I just want the rainbow flag to come off the portal. Nothing like adding politics to this mess. If we are all about D&I, why did we just sack all of the old peiple? Oh, that's right, there is no political or tax advantage. I recant, I will continue drinking the coolaide, wise leaders.

@fjy Could you explain what you mean by Pioneer is good? Does that mean that employees are generally taken care of, via a competitive compensation? If it has anything to do with the competence of Sr mgt, then I'm at a loss. The C f 0 might be the only one that could hold the same job at a real company.
That's not typically how it works. Usually, you are just offered a bonus to stay through a transition period. After that, you may be offered a new position at the acquiring companies office in Houston. If not, you just take your bonus and go. Typically equal to the ISP.
