ts time for Dougy to resign. He made several really bad decisions. Recent wildhorse acquisition was one. He made grave mistakes from the beginning.

He took the share price from 30s to 1.75. Kept blaming prior management while he is already 6 years at the helm. Good ceo can right that ship and not blame prior mgnt.

Lisa sue did it in 3 years for amd. 1.50s to 30+.

How is this for an over achiever who deserves a raise every f***ing year.

If board got rid of him and the board itself, the stock will see better days.

He has no marketing skills and company image management. The company has no media engagement and social media engagement. Try finding twitter, facebook and media appearances of ceo.

He completely lacks the empathy for shareholders. Otherwise, he wouldn't be asking for a raise.

All he seems to think every year is how to adjust performance targets so he can maximize his earnings.

If the below comment about CEO is remotely true, and not trolling...wow.

I actually wouldn't be too surprised though. I read another comment previously make the point that maybe DL was so overpaid because he wanted to leave, and the board was slapping the golden handcuffs on him with the excessive compensation that is routinely questioned by stock analysts.

Will we still have to do culture training if DL leaves? That's my cost-saving opportunity of the year, stop paying senn-delaney consulting fees.
