What about the rest of the company?

L3 Waco has programs that are making money but have to sacrifice the earnings to support the under bid overrun budgets of commercial. Recently the company gave 15% to some employees on commercial because of a milestone met. What about the rest of the company that sacrificed long hours and weekends to deliver aircraft on time so we could “get paid” to put it back into the failed first look/ AM4? Things like this make you wonder if the “good ole boy” mentality is still alive and well.

had to laugh the other day watching the Waco TV Report on the Waco facility and saying that the merger is good for Waco and will grow Waco, what are they smoking? Also the reporter dismissed the employees that were rif'd the past few years to declining Military Spending, what..... the spending the past 4 years are on record levels. fake news

Prediction, one Hanger will be indoor Baylor Football and Soccer practice site, the other hanger will be bought by Boeing to store planes, the rest of the facilities will be split up by TSC for very nice classrooms, the song from Kenny Loggins comes to mind... Danger Zone

I didn't get the incentive money, but heard that even the executive admins that make charts received the 15% for their part in meeting the milestone.

I don’t miss it one bit. Not even the 6 a.m. daily beat down, a-- chewing, y’all left some shavings on the floor, latter safetytool control, PPE usage, clock to a job, no talking hands out of pockets f o d walk, audit audit audit, look busy, sign off area of aircraft end of shift sheet, the tons of paper of your copy is only good for two days paperless system and the list goes on those f$%^ing meetings!!!!!!!!!!!!
