L3 Waco has programs that are making money but have to sacrifice the earnings to support the under bid overrun budgets of commercial. Recently the company gave 15% to some employees on commercial because of a milestone met. What about the rest of the company that sacrificed long hours and weekends to deliver aircraft on time so we could “get paid” to put it back into the failed first look/ AM4? Things like this make you wonder if the “good ole boy” mentality is still alive and well.
