No problem. The company will just boot out the younger ones when the time comes. Send them a text message. No need to walk the ashes out the door. And it will come quicker than 5G.
Yup time to go work at the d---o engineering center, the benefits must be outstanding! Quality engineers and product test validation I hear is hot and heavy, they are desperate.

Not to mention the disk golf and volleyball at Pontiac, what are the poor millennials going to do with their time all day! What's sad and Rediculous at Pontiac is they added a very expressive patio set outside, big nice red umbrellas and chairs! Is all of that moving to Warren also? For some reason I don't see them closing B building permit. If they do well you know it's just more corporate waste as usual.
Sales are down industry wide, MS flat.
Frankly I don't think either of those are a high priority on executives mind. I'd be more concerned about overall EBIT, and cash level.
@Zw9keLI-2arv was he already looking for where the ping pong table and hammocks are for when he gets tired (cuz doing nothing all day except whining about why they have to work to get paid is EXHAUSTING!)? I think we say a herd of those types at the Tech Center as well.

To bad Pontiac is closing soon.
Well I saw a 20 something year old that just started growing facial hair come into Pontiac for an interview. Company is looking to go younger
How are they doing so far?
It's also based on sales projections, market share. If these decrease more expect more layoffs.
Many rumors about the fall, no idea if it'll be voluntary or involuntary packages. I hope they offer generous voluntary package and hit their target with no need for layoffs.
Yes every year in the late summer early fall, for folks close or ready to retire.
As for mass layoffs again, that ended in February.
Heard this fall, much better pkg to thin the old dudes.
I haven't heard of anymore honestly, it's been very quiet.
