PepsiCo has turned itself into a Fortune 50 company that behaves like a frugal startup. With the penny pinching of “Smart Spend” and outsourcing of numerous teams to vendors (IBM, TCS, Cognizant, JLL, etc), they’ve now removed individual garbage/recycling baskets from the desks in Purchase and White Plains locations under the guise of being more environmentally conscious. Everyone has to dispose their trash in the pantry area. Guess the buffet is over for the mice at 1111/1129 Westchester Ave!
This place has no soul. Nobody shows up happy to work, but at least you can wear jeans. FOH! This company sure has lost its way. Do you think Don Kendall would’ve ever operated HQ like this?
