If they hadn't paid zero taxes, may be they would've been forced to RA more than 2000 heads?

The focus should primarily be on Red Hat, not their tax avoidance practices. Everyone knows how ridiculous such a purchase was. A financial reduction in terms of head count in irrelevant business units or prior acquisitions was bound to happen, it was only a matter of time.
