Walmart wants to know why it's workers don't trust it. When you say one thing publicly and plan something completely different in private. What do you expect? Especially when this happens multiple times.

Walmart Global Business Services in Charlotte NC sending jobs to Genpact affecting over 600 people starting
September 2019 - January 2020
The company doesn't care about the workers, everything they do is for there benefits. This new schedule S---S and it's not working. We should be doing one month of 3-1139 and then flip to the 4-1239 shift no one wants to work that same shift when you have family. And then 4 of July is coming and people working in the evening has no time for their family. The store closes at 6 but evening people still have to be there all day. People in Home office are home with the fam everyday at the same time but we're not. If it's a holiday and we close early, then 3- 1130 people should come in at 10 -6 are be off.
But they don't care about there employee's.
Just sad🥶🥶🥶🥶
I agree
Trust? 8 years. Last time I called said I was going in the hospital and they said I abandoned my job. How I kept in contact with the store manager. My son went to the store. I responded to a certified letter. How is that job abandonment? Oh well guess I really did not want to work for Walmart. Not important in this household!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Walmart leaders are sleazy and say one thing to do something else. They promise the sun and stars and deliver an image of the sun and stars instead. They also do not promote from within, but instead let go of their whole home office to hire a whole new 500+ associates when they could have easily retained their decent and loyal associates.
Many Walmarts got tax breaks ftom local government if they keep x number of jobs.. I'm sure many stores are still enjoying the breaks as the number of jobs dropped.
I agree totally
Kind of like how DM and GF have said repeatedly that automation won’t k--l jobs but then every time they automate a process with technology they cut headcount?
Gee. I wonder why Walmart workers don’t trust leadership? Could it be that the workers feel like leadership just wants to get rid of all of them?
Bingo!
