UP HR Survey Questions?

Has anyone else noticed that employee survey questions are beginning to show up on this site more frequently? Is it possible that UP HR is monitoring this site and trying to poll employees here?

BTW, UP CEO approval rating is down to 13% according to Glassdoor, even with all the fake positive reviews put there to fluff the ratings. Only 24% of UP employees would recommend working there to someone they know.

His approval rating has been in the tank for years.

What some of you folks may not know is that Fritz has a contract with the board of directors. If his approval rating is truly at 13%, then his time will be soon as well. In order to keep his chair, he has to maintain a satisfactory approval rating, or he is voted out. The vote can happen at the end of the contract, or as an emergency meeting. Does anyone want to guess that it's at the same time as Vena's? He has a 2 year contract with the UP. I'm guessing when the sh-- starts to sour, he'll resign and enjoy a happy retirement. Meanwhile the person succeeding him will have to eat the sh-- sandwich that Fritz left. I've already seen this happen at the other RR's. I'm really excited to see this company implode due to the fictitious BS and brainwashing this company has done. Good luck to all. I hope Fritz and the rest of the exec's reserved their seats in hell right next to Hunter Harrison. If not, then they'll have sit on each others lap and bone each other like they did to the employees

Up hr's policy is "if you dont like the reality youre in, substitute your own".

Then, repeat lies over and over and destroy the careers and reputation of the everyman in the process.

I believe the CEO rating on there is cumulative starting from when the CEO took office. If it were based only on recent reviews it would probably be closer to 0%. I'm sure UP doesn't care too much, but at least this information is out there for any potential job seekers.

And yes there are some obvious fake reviews from "conductors" and "engineers" that have put "no complaints its great" under the section for Cons and give the company five stars.
