Am I the only one to notice this?

They’re tired of the rank and yank?
Toxic management and overworked....
3ryd,
Yes they are quitting. Between the work load and the toxic culture people are fleeing like rats off a sinking ship.
Between the rank and yank, the horrible work/life balance, and job uncertainty, it seems like people are leaving right and left. It’s not good.
Are you sure they are quitting????????
The work load.
Well the work load is crazy. You can get paid better elsewhere. It feels like there are constant layoffs. And allegedly they’re trying to replace tons of people with computer programs.
Gee I wonder why people are leaving.
They keep cutting staff and piling work onto the people that are left.
The hours s---.
The systems only half work.
Bad management in some areas.
They pay less than talent can make elsewhere.
Management seems to believe that the talent they have is bad, but any talent from outside the company must be better by virtue of the fact that they were able to get hired somewhere besides Walmart. So what does that tell you about what leadership really thinks about Walmart? That only inferior talent resorts to working there? If that’s true, what does that say about management talent? Or about Walmart as a place to work?
It’s a job. People quit jobs. Nothing unique going on here.
