Anyone experiencing same that every year or two ,IBM keep changing our title and position in Official HR system i.e workday without informing us even though work responsibility,department,everything remain same.People who got RA if want to apply outside and other company do background check what title or position one should mentioned as HR system title keep changing ?

Changing your “primary specialty” happens all the time too. I know on good authority that it is done in order to parcel up employees for RAs.
