The entire United States help desk in for Earth will end July 12, 2019 or sooner the new help desk is now in the Philippines there were 70 ish of us permanent and contract Hires in Fort Worth Texas we will always be just a number working for places like AIG turning to contract higher to avoid providing the American dream to its US citizens hard work and loyalty will not be appreciated at AIG

Sorry for the folks in Fort Worth. Before my position was eliminated in favor of younger people and those with no underwriting background but extraordinary a-- kissing abilities, I always was hoping that someone from TX would answer my calls to the Help Desk and not one of those people (although pleasant) from a third world county that could not speak English.
