Is the CEO and management going to take a pay cut with all of the layoffs happening?? LOL!! Yea Right! where my crack pipe?? It always start at the top they are the leaders that fail the employees trying to make a difference and keep the company profitable. While Management is traveling around the world and IBM is spending travel cost that are out of control, Do we see any cuts happening there? Of course not! Maybe this is all about getting rid of the older work force and hiring younger people which is age discrimination. But Corporate América has a free ticket to brake any state and federal laws they want. Just as long as it does not effect Management and the CE-A--hole.

Maybe IBM leadership will slow down on hiring family members into high level roles they are not suited for to save money?
