So if we have 70K people here in the US and they are telling us they cut 1,700 the overall impact on the IBM USA workforce is 2.5%.

they always use geography to muddy the waters.
i also have feeling that this is all us and it goes against 50K us workforce headcount numbers which they keep hiding from everyone so people do not freak out since india is three times bigger than the us)
IBM has become TOP heavy in management/executive roles - when this will be addressed ?

What about Germany ?
From the watching IBM Facebook page, it appears there are:
France: 200+
Italy: 300-400
Costa Rica: 150
Norway: 40% (#?)
Israel: 100
IBM USA head count is closer to 55k. Canada is another 10k
They cut 1700 in US alone?
Curious to know also.
