Just learned of this. I’m at $13.71 so my next raise should be 4 cents. That’s good to know I have nothing to work for. Going to get a new job and take my work ethic elsewhere. They want bottom feeders they can have them but I’m not one of them. Truly ashamed of my company. Marvin needs to go!

Sue for what? no ones pay rate has gone down, they apparently lowered the pay cap, if you are above it you are still getting your same rate, just no more hourly raises unless they change the rate again.

When I worked there the last 4 years of ten I was maxed in position. Complete c-ap as my performance was rated as excellent year after year. I will admit that during the last year I did not earn my pay. Guess my motivation was maxed out too.

Just leave Lowes while you can.

Prime example, old psa in my store called out at 17.20. Now new 2 month old MSA is now capped at 15.15. But yet, nobody was told??? What the yo?

Employers can change or lower an employee’s wages only subject to state laws. Most require a certain advance notice. I recommend reviewing your state laws or calling your Department of labor - wage and hour division. They can advise if it was handled legally.
