Completed KT.
Moved account to steady state.
Now 21 have been RA'd.
We saw it coming but it still s---s.
I wish the client all the best of luck because the offshore team is not very good at their jobs.
Does that include Managed Applications in GTS Infrastructure Services?
I'm one of those who are being RA'd. I was told my position is being "off-shored", and if I want to stay working with IBM, then I'll need to relocate to one of two cities (I currently work-from-home).
1 of our small team of 5 was let go. We're now down to bare minimum for secondary resources and skill sets are lacking for complete coverage. USA
