1cuz. Employee satisifation is not up. Care to share the evidence you have to support your positions? You lie and use people. POS scum bag.

When’s Tipsord changing Founders day to HIS birthday?

Remember last year we got those insulated cups we got last year for Founders Day? We didn't even get a Founders Day gift this year, I would have rather had a gift like than that Spirit Week thing.

But they didn't ask us where we wanted them to make a tax free donation to, which was in lieu of the Founders Day celebration...which was good, because SF is the one that benefited from that.

I just laughed at the email saying we were having a marvelous celebration throughout the week...Kept waiting all week for that. Ohhh but heard they were serving ice cream and another day I did smelled pop corn.

See? Had to work answering phones and worry about metrics...did not have time to get any treats. Definitely marvelous!

I loved Tipasses awful speech where he basically announced we were going to be losing our spot as the number one insurer in the US. Truly this company is doomed under his leadership. The profits will go out the window when geico lowers rates and steals all our customers then he’ll truly have no more excuses left to tell the board.

Happy Founders Day-is nothing more than for corporate to slap themselves on the back for being around for another year and celebrate the fact that they are still a great company #legendsintheirownmind

Hell! They even stopped giving the retirees a Christmas gift. A POS trinket!

After all the changes, do you honestly believe any promise made will be kept? This is in response to the 2020 package being unveiled. They are going to sell it like they are doing you a huge favor. Be cautious! They're sneaky and only think of themselves!

Employee satisfaction is up. Next year when the new benefits package is unveiled satisfaction will be through the roof.

Those of us keeping the promise in the field received nothing, not a flipin thing. Maybe they should have mailed a 10 dollar Starbucks card, something. Just another small way leadership shows that we mean nothing.
