Glad as hell I'm outta there!
i was a top performer (old days = 1s) in a “high priority” area (web dev) so the “keep your skills up to date” arguments don’t work, nor do the “well work harder ones”. Recently got a promotion too, so the only difference i can see is they want cheaper, younger ppl
There were multiple folks who reported Watson Health cuts this morning. Not sure if it adds up to 400, it seems it's a bit big of a number for WH but we'll see soon enough.
They keep keeping paying G & her minions more and more and they keep cutting the valuable resources left and right.
This will end in tears.
