TSS and IS both got hit today, myself included. Been talking to other SSRs in other cities and it sounds like almost every city in the country lost people. SSRs that got moved to IS last year are also getting laid off. TSS Systems Service Representitives (SSRs -formerly known as Customer Engineers, or CE). I heard 7 in Dallas, similar numbers in Houston & Austin.

I’m 57 2 months shy of 58, and got mine this morning too. I was with IBM 1.5 years after an acquisition from another company.
