Cant get a real person on the line to process an ROR. Ridiculous. What's going on?

IT systems are devolving into caca and no one knows how to fix them.
Hour to hour and half to set up even exchange for dented appliances every day.
Yeah--what is up with getting through to delivery? The hold times are ridiculous with member's giving up and coming to the store for help.
