Is this the biggest bunch of bull? Some stores cheat some don't but it doesn't matter because global has no idea. Stores that do it the right way get punished and called out on the email that compares all stores even know each store is different.

Look at the stores under the radar and compare the oos with the orderguide!
I just don't get it how can a company operate this way ? I don't know what they are trying to prove ? I think global and regional make it seem like they have a purpose with this company even though they're the ones that put it under water. Please somebody explain this to me, how this is an honesty based system and everyone is cheating and everybody knows it how does this benefit anyone
Until robots do this, there will always be stores that lie. Our store keeps hidden quantities of never outs to be put on the shelf just before a scan.
As a buyer I've felt forced to pull a few tags here and there for the Sunday scan, to avoid moving up a level. I have leadership threatening write ups if my EOR% isn't under 50 every week....also, every sunday night the inept scanners scan products that are ON THE SHELF...but the S#!t show must go on.

Yes , to many variables so why is regional at least in the MA region comparing every store against each other in an email blast and having certain levels that you can get in trouble, no wonder this company's starting to lose good team members, it's because of the higher-ups that don't know how to run a company.
a great way to add redundant tasks to already shrunk labor budgets...you have the order placed and the sales amounts from registers...and the buyer has to do and order walk anyway...just go from those bits of information...and dont forget P.A.M..another redundant use of labor....i thought with amazon we would get more efficient...however i dont think p.a.m ..has anything to do with ordering..i think it is a way for them to gauge worker productivity and store it digitally...kinda like the pick rate that they place on amazon workers at their warehouses...however there are soo many factors into having holes on the sales floors that vary from store to store..holding power variances.etc...but wait for worker penalization from this tech...
How come there is so many incompetent people at the global and regional level?They are so arrogant that they don't listen to anybody in the stores that are actually doing the work and see exactly how they're stupid programs hurt us as a company instead of help us.
WF stores will be turned into Amazon warehouses and storefronts. They don’t care if global sinks the ship. Saving WF was never the plan.
How is it that Amazon stockholders are buying this b---s--- that whole foods global and regional is selling them? they should all be let go
They don’t want you to do things correctly or care about getting the job done right. They just want it to smile and make it look good on paper.
Yeah I know same thing happens in MA why isn't it that global or regional doesn't pick up on this it's a load of b---s---. I see long term out of stocks that don't show up on stores scan results but it's been out of stock at the warehouse for over a month.This shows they're not scanning everything in the store but yet they get rewarded for great scans when the stores that are doing it correctly are getting penalized.. The whole system is just set up for cheaters and global blind enough to buy into this.
NA all the stores cheat. Scan every out of stock even if the store doesn’t carry the item. Someone should tip line call that. id--ts.
