The general direction I'm seeing is a more aggressive preference to hire remote virtual sales staff in RTP and replace natural wastage in SVL with RTP resources. Also seeing a centralization into SVL and RTP.
RTP bias seems to come from you can pay half what you have pay in SVL, cost of living, and the bias to RTP and SVL is down to lack of trust in remote offices where management feel they can't tell how hard you're working.
Basically be in SVL for corporate big brother and better pay with slow traffic, or RTP for $125K. Everywhere else expect cuts.
