FMC had 600 employees and put out 42 trees a year under Netherland. BOD forced him out. Hired new leadership (bean counters), went on SAP, out sourced machining, went to 1200 employees and put out 30 trees a year. Only reason they made it was longterm frame agreements with Shell and BP and aftermarket support on the c-appy equipment built for said agreements. Stay true to what built DQ not what almost destroyed FMC. Two years after outsourcing they tried to reopen machining but couldn't due to Uk agreements and vendor contracts. Those guys are no longer with FMC for a reason.

DQ is not FMC but look around you. How many useless ex FMC parasites are working at DQ contributing to its demise ? None were here when times were good.
