just look at how much those insider crooks have gotten already r.i.p. windstream
We have turned the corner and are going up market to land the bigger customers! Been saying that for YEARS! We are the largest SD-WAN provider.......no they are not and its not close. They have two NNIs backhauling the SD WAN traffic and no redundancy. One NNI goes down and half their SD WAN customers go down lol. They keep saying they are shutting down their TDM network, but that's 80% of their customers.......stock is getting down near $00.20. And they have pulled off TWO 6 to 1 reverse splits in recent years. You do the math, company would be worth about $00.02 per share if not for the recent reverse splits. Company is worthless and they owe $7B. The end is near.
"we’re the largest SDWan provider"
Yeah, the largest SDWAN Telecom provider in Chapter 11
How can we be in the negative, we’re the largest SDWan provider?
@ZlU9UaJ-1psy Thanks, TT. This is not stream, you forgot to switch apps.
We improved yoy results with strong sales of next generation broadband technologies. We want to drive our customers off dedicated services to our SDWan platform and facilitate sequential growth of our office suite solution.
What does citigroup get?
They get frist dibs at picking the corpse clean. As they will be frist when this plan fails and the company goes on the block. Otherwise they get to play loan shark and make interest returns on their capital until the above failure occurs. It's actually a decent investment for a vulture capitalist. If all the above does not occur and the company some how manages to limp along and Citi is not satisfied with the rate of return then they will be a majority stakeholder and can leverage that for any hostile take over bidders in the weeds right now. TT and the goons from LR might be slick and sleazy but they got nothing on these wall Street bankers. They will get theirs.
What does Citi get out of this besides interest? I mean it doesn't seem like a safe loan to make.
I wonder if the nearly 30 million dollars in bonuses leadership gets for failing affects that number.
Not sure how they’re going to come out of this wo some big changes across the board. Until they can show a profitable path I can’t see anyone helping them. They need new customers.
Just lost 33 million. Nothing to see here
