The results of the survey can and will be used against you by management. No fundamental changes will occur, other than to continue down the path of obsolescence.
What? Is October the estimated timing of implementing change based on our most recent Perspectives culture survey? If so, then great, I can’t wait!
Yay, my favorite change is pumpkin spice lattes from starbucks. I also enjoy the fall season, snow up north from home and knowing christmas is around the corner. What else is there to expect?
One could conceivably look at this site once a year and y'all would be saying the same old thing--layoffs, layoffs, layoffs. Move on, live your best life elsewhere. Geez.
