Company realized they layed off too many and now replacing positions with contractors paying more than person who originally filled spot. I’m enjoying the sh-- show. I can’t wait to see what’s next.
I’m hopeful they turn it around but can anything change with all the same people involved?

How do you think Innovation team survived? It’s now clear the reorganization was anything but. “Reorganization” was just a term used to excuse a mass layoff. Same managers, same under performers. We will soon reap the fruits. Reduced benefits, firings, eventual takeover.
