They need to get rid of WV. You got inside customer service agents making $39/hr from the old VZ contract. Thats like making $75/hr to answer calls in most states. Frontier is a low cost operator. Its not in line with the current business model.

Without outside plant maintenance being done by anyone, there won’t be anything left to sell besides buildings and neglected company vehicles! Too worried about selling everyone and their brother bonded service when all they want is their internet to work period! 🤦♂️
