Maximum hourly pay for Tm's?

I have a job dialogue coming up and was wondering what the max pay for a TM is. Also I heard that the raises are now calculated differently. No more $1 raises?

That $1.00 raise in November 2018 was only to keep the unions away.

My PBS told me you can still get a raise if your capped. It's up to your STL to get you that raise or not.

The payscale caps are different depending on location and store size. If you are a high volume store in a place with a high living cost, you may cap out at a higher rate. Ask your PBP to see the wage caps for your store. The caps are pretty high compared to some supermarkets.

Raises are a percentage of your pay rate and you get raises based on a point system. If you are never late and and do an exceptional job, you may get 5%. So if you make $15/hr and qualify for a 5% raise, you would get $15.75/hr. If you make $20/hr, you might get $1.

Roles, or positions have ranges of hourly rates. I know people who have been working at the top of their category for years and are capped, no more raises while having that position. It's never been a standard $1, that's just what everyone wants to get.
