If you’re group isn’t making money, it’s going to be cut.
Services will really take a hit as much of it has been sold , cut or not needed.
The days of team leads making charts and holding endless meetings is about to come an end . Management levels will be cut . In years past , management would be safe , not this round.
They simply do not have the employees to justify their jobs . Good luck, 20,000 cuts starting June .

Way too many fluff position's within IBM services that need to go bye bye.
When someone's job is to poll the team on their skills by sending out a 10 yr old skills matrix, then I would say that person can be made redundant. I have filled out that sheet a dozen times now.
And stop with all the new horrible tools that have no support teams. Not interested, quit pushing.
@eqh managers are getting cut too. This one is widespread.

A few managers and team leads might be cut, but in general they will be retained, perhaps demoted to a job that they supervised before. The real worker bees will be cut, as usual.
