Nobody is looking to acquire Noble. I work in investment banking. Noble is not an attractive name. Debt too high
vp of exploration is the only person lower than svp covered by the policy. Probably because he has been so extraordinarily successful in finding oil since sc left. or ever.
Anadarko employees will be getting two years pay should they be laid-off due to Change of Control. That includes base salary and bonus. Don’t expect Noble managers to take care of their employees like APC has. They have shown what they are all about (themselves).
Noble only exists now only to pad the pockets of executives and BOD.
Well executives protected but employees are not. Amazing. Anadarko protected both and so did Rosetta.

Change of control would only apply if someone wanted to acquire Noble Energy. Nobody want this c r a p company or their garage assets.
