I gave interview for pune location. HR said I am selected but hiring is on hold. Is there something serious problem with the company. Should I choose to join Avaya or not?

Can only echo the sentiment about Galway, Cust Ops specifically. Bullying and cliques galore.
Run a mile from this company. Has become totally disfunctional. Run by rude foul mouthed execitives. Galway office really going down the toilet..
Mitel has a hiring freeze too which is what they do before every takeover/merger. If Avaya has a hiring freeze then brace yourselves. When the announcement is made, things will move quickly.
