Those leeches built the Company you claim to care so much about. Or did you think it materialized the day you were hired?
The pension that everyone wants to keep (for obvious reasons) is a huge contributor to the aged work force at SF, at least in some departments. The company rewarded loyalty through multipliers in the pension and probably should have switched to a defined contribution plan a decade or more ago which may have led to some attrition over time versus the need for large cuts. I don’t though, I’m not a doctor.
