I need an advise. what is the typical Grade 10 salary at cisco RTP? Is there any stock options or RSU for grade 10?

Mid: 115k
Max: 146k
15% Bonus, about the same in stock every few yrs if you are lucky.
s have changed with MRR, but should be about the same + a few k.
At larger publicly traded companies, Glassdoor does not have accurate information. Cisco cares far too much about its brand to allow any accurate information on Glassdoor.
No way Grade 10 is 150K base in RTP - SJ maybe.....
Glassdoor is a total joke and completely inaccurate.

Not sure about regular grade 10 or the bands but SE grade 10 is 150k base with ~205k OTE. RSU's not guaranteed but can be 10-50k+
Would be interested to see SE Grade 10, 11, and 12 bands if anyone has them.
