It’s been wonderful in my store. We have two techs that are here nearly every day working our tickets. No complaints at all. So far we are very happy with the service we are receiving from NCR.

Don’t know, haven’t had anyone in to handle the work orders. My register has been broken for two weeks. Ops can’t say when someone from NCR will be there to work the tickets. I know of a couple more broken registers and my managers tablet doesn’t work either. Use to be we had someone from Mst every other week. Now...???????

My 2 favorites are managers taking phones or phone parts from some where else and moving them to a place that was a fitting room 30 years ago or never had a phone in the first place. And management not understanding that they should back up there own work them selves.

My favorite is when a store is having a visit and every sales manager who hasn't used their tablets in so long that they are no longer registered with the system wants you to reimage their units so it doesn't look like they haven't been using it since the last visit. Good luck getting the NCR guys to reimage the same tablets over and over since no one uses them.

Id like to see how these ncr guys react to store personnel trying to micro manage them. Former associates promoted to low level mngmt asking while your troubleshooting “are you fixing my registers”. Youll have assistant store managers chasing you down giving you a list of problems each one without a ticket. Other mngmt complaining about this that without a clue. Other senior mngmt bragging to you they have been doing this for 30 years “dept mngr for 30 years” wow. Store mngrs demanding you make register moves without any thought usually moving the same register back a month later. Reality is you have a bunch of power hungry id--ts in the exec office in a meeting pointing fingers at everbody else, when they should be pointing at each other. The whole company is a zoo. The executive office = office politics. They all think there high power but so clueless. Magic at Macys is leading to your own demise.

Delayed response time, at least in the NW stores. They seem to want to please, however, do not seem qualified to be in the line of action. The MTech team was versatile and engaged. I do not see this with NCR. I did not expect to. I have dealt with them in the past. Frankly speaking, I believe a mistake has been made with this out source. We have too much at stake in our stores.
