Good morning everyone

Let’s warm up to work and have a great Union Pacific Day. We can do this. We just have to work as a team and think positive. Change is right around the corner I can feel it. Layoffs are over with and now is a great time to go into management. If you do I recommend moving to a great town like North Platte and accepting a moving package with a one year commitment.

We are the safest railroad and our managers are laser focused on reducing injuries. We’ve got a great HR team that is dedicated to ensuring our employees have the best quality of life in the business.

I guess there really was something to that message stomped out in the snow in front of UPC last winter.

Perhaps the same person said message was addressed to decided to troll all of us with some of his laser-focused BS.

I think we should start doing like the Apple stores when there is a big iPhone release. Have everyone lined up at the doors giving high fives as people come inside. Really make the conductors and engineers know how much they’re loved when they get to work. Of course we’d need people to give high fives out so until further notice all managers are working extra unpaid overtime at the end of their shifts to stand at the door and give out high fives.

Lance, we know its you. You just cant help not saying "laser focused".
