The leadership is very much aware of how dissatisfied we are, they are also aware that we will never show it in a degree that could have any influence on the company-wide processes. And don’t get me wrong, I’m not talking about unionizing, walkouts, revolution or anything like that. Why don’t we make it more clear to our manager that we’re not happy. In that way he will be under pressure to take up our problems with higher tiers. Also that manager would know that he is representing the thought of a wide base of workers at a certain location, and maybe wouldn’t be that scared to stand up to his bosses as he is now. Don’t think this is ever gonna happen but this is the right way to do it.

Maybe you should be.
United we bargain, divided we beg.
I've been fighting the good fight here in NJ/NY. But market 7 is so bad, so corrupt, and run by such lying pigs I believe it's too far entreched.
I've gone to the tippety top, and all one gets from these self appointed "leaders" and "examples" are excuses, lies, and shirking.
As an employee, we take direction, and follow policy and procedure from those above us most guilty of violating the ethics policies themselves.
They are liars. Plain and simple, and everyone knows it.
When the puppet master is pulling the strings, you don't blame the puppet for faulty strings. But Lowe's corporate does.
Trust me, from one in the know. Corporate doesn't care about any of you.
They actually despise you, your brain, any fresh idea, or conceptual logic applied to their rationalizations that are excuses for logic.
They should all be ashamed of themselves.
Someone in my store talked to area HR and they said "oh well, that is just the way it is".
