There was a lot of buzz regarding potential Brokerage layoffs at Union Bank? Has any of this materialized and if yes, how many folks at Union Bank got affected with this layoff action. Also, I know that you are laying off less than other banks and they company is a bit more conservative and employee oriented - has this remained to be the case?
