Depends. With the environment they have today, I wouldn't. You will hear:. Take care of yourself. It's a business decision. It's all about me. Etc. If you are looking for an ethical business environment, run. If you like to work for socialist and legalized mafia, sure.

If the job is the right fit take it, only you know your financial and familial situation and if the possibility of a change in 3-5 years doesn’t align with that. State Farm will be around, no doubt, however it may not look the same and your role may change, but good workers are always valued.

Depends on the which business unit this purported offer is from.

Like all companies, some departments are great and others are communist labor camps. Stay away from claims, especially in-office segments.

Good luck.

Check out Liberty Mutual. They treat their employees like adults.

Take it. Big changes to our benefits package. More PTO, increased 401k match, more flexibility with scheduling time off.
